Help me find an online horror story about a cave!

All I seem to recall about it is that it was written from the perspective of "this totally happened, seriously" and that it involved a cave, exploration into the tunnels therein, arcane markings on a wall, and a big rock that moved behind the narrator. I don't even remember the name of the narrator, although I seem to recall that later on the narrator was replaced with a "concerned friend."

Help me! Please!
