Can anyone tell me what this font is? I've used the font identification tools I could find with no luck. note: The i might have a dot that is missing. (There was an image there in place of the dot)

Looks distorted horizontally. Try running the font ID tools on a cleaned up version, like this:

Which tools have you used? I don't really know much about this sort of thing, but when it's necessary I use whatthefont.com. It's usually pretty accurate, although, unfortunately, this one didn't seem to turn anything up.

I'm sorry I can't be of much help with this question, but may I suggest:

Typophile's Type ID Board

Post the question over there, they may be able to help you.

Honestly, there are so many irregularities in the letterforms, especially with weights and balances, that I can't help but wonder if it wasn't hand-drawn (okay...maybe not hand drawn. Probably used Illustrator to create)
Or, at the very least, cobbled together with bits-and-pieces from other fonts.

Yeah, I think that the 'e' will throw things off, because it appears to be exactly the 'a' upside down.
