How to move the predictive text dictionary from an old Windows Mobile phone to a new one

I've upgraded from this HTC smartphone, which runs Windows Mobile 4 (I think) to this HTC smartphone, which runs Windows Mobile 5. Is there any way to transfer from the old phone to the new phone: a) the predictive-text dictionary (thus saving myself re-entering the many placenames and dozens of swear words I've submitted) and/or b) my past SMS text messages?

I used Jeyo Mobile Extender to backup and restore SMS messages after a ROM upgrade.
