What's the best website to compare several aspects of several cars?

I want to be able to compare MSRP, mileage, size, engine size, etc.

Why not just open two (or more) pages side-by-side, and compare manually?

fueleconomy.gov will give you mileage, emissions, cost to operate stats on multiple cars. I found it quite handy when buying my current car (plus its imperial and metric).
