Where to find cheap bulldog clips in Montreal?

What's the cheapest way for me to buy 20-40 bulldog clips, probably in various sizes? I'm in Montreal.

I realise we're only talking about $20 or so, but I'm frustrated at getting ripped off.

They're $0.40-$0.85 each at Omar Deserres, plus tax, which seems really overpriced. You can buy 36-packs at a couple of websites I found, but they always come to a little over $20 incl. tax and delivery. (Also I'd have to buy just one size.)

It would be great to find somewhere that is either local, or online-but-cheap/speedy-enough that I can make multiple orders if I end up needing more.

Is there a good source for bulk/loose art or office supplies in Montreal? Or a Canadian website that's particularly affordable?

I'd prefer the silver clips that meet nicely at the tip, over the cheap widely-available black ones. What I'd really love are clips that have a strip of fabric or rubber where the metal meets; I'm using the clips to hang artworks and want to damage the paper as little as possible.

InstaOffice seems to have a good price and will ship to Canada.

For padding, you could always just diy with the fabric of your choice, or self-adhesive craft foam strips.
