Cellswapper - good or evil?

Cellswapper, anyone?

Before I do this, anyone know of any issues with cellswapper ?I'm not seeing anything good or bad on them with the BBB - before I give up all my info I just want to make sure they are legit. Thanks folks!

I've currently got a plan listed on cellswapper. I've received 2 leads in six months, and neither has led to anyone taking my plan The site itself works as described, I cannot complain there, but I'm not sure the site has a high enough profile to be truly effective. YMMV, of course.
