Does anyone have a contact at Urban Outfitters?

I would like to contact the head office for Urban Outfitters, but I'm having trouble finding a satisfactory email address.

On the weekend I had an issue in one of their stores (the Montreal location) & I would like to communicate the details of this problem to someone at a higher level than store management. Yesterday, I sent my letter through the "Contact Us" feature on their website, but so far I have received no reply. I would like to send it to a more formal address if at all possible, but I have not been able to find another one. I know there is a phone number as well on the website, but I'm not very good on the phone & don't think I will be able to get my points across; there is also a mailing address, which I will try if all else fails, but I was hoping for a speedier reply.

My questions: does anyone know how I can contact a relevant person at their HQ? And secondly, why is it so difficult to find this information (or is it just me)?

If all else fails, you can call and request the relevant email address.

If you just want to email the people in charge of handling customer complaints, usually that's exactly what those 'contact us' forms that you already filled out do.

If you're really serious about getting a response calling or writing an actual letter is your best bet. If you make that much effort they know you really care.

Writing to the CEO's office will almost always get you a response from a well run company, particularly if you worked your way up the chain first.

Hmm, so if I don't get an address in this thread, I'll start by phoning to request a better email address & if that doesn't work I'll ask who to forward my letter to at the mailing address on the site. A combination of both your responses.

Since the question seems to be answered already...can I derail a bit and ask what the problem was? That is, if you're comfortable sharing. I ask because I shop there, and if it was something really heinous I probably don't want to give my money to them. Also, I'm kinda nosey and curious.
