Hairstyle Wishlist

My wife is looking for a website where she can browse through various contemporary hairstyles to find something she likes. Most of what Google has turned up hasn't been very helpful. Any of the MeFettes have any suggestions for ladies' hairstyle sites?

The hair-dressing capital of the world is the picturesque town of Grimsby in England. They detect all the latest trends well before Paris, New York and Milan. There are, of course, thousands of avant-garde salons in Grimsby, but the best is probably Bobs.

Oh, and Hintmag. Very hip flash-based spreads. Only women's fashion, alas. It's a bit out there in terms of actual styles -- lots of cool dyeing and insane cuts. But it sure captures the aesthetic of today, er tomorrow.

I recently stumbled onto Try-a-Hairstyle where you can play with styles and colors superimposed on your own photograph. Thought it looked like a cool idea, but I couldn't get it to upload a photo properly with Safari.

I hope it's not my face that breaks it!
