I need comdey bits similar to Monty Pythons Dirty Fork Sketch
I need videos demonstrating service recovery gone wrong, preferably with hilarious results. It can either be no service recovery when it's totally appropriate, or, like the Monty sketch, totally overblown service recovery. Bonus points if it's on You tube, but text descriptions are welcome as well.

I think there was an episode of Seinfeld where a busboy accidentally sets a menu next to a candle and it catches fire. Observational comedy ensues when George accidentally has him fired. The Busboy.

The recurring "Simma Down Now" sketches on late-90s SNL may fit the bill, as they tend to include escalation to a manager. Like most recent SNL skits, they run long and "hilarious" is debatable, but here's an example.

The "International Signs" skit starts along these lines. And it's hilarious.

Forgot to mention that the skit comes courtesy of The State.

Almost anything in Fawlty Towers would fit the bill. There's tons of bits on Youtube.
