How can I find a freelance tech job site that I've lost the URL?

Help me find a site for freelance tech related work that was mentioned in the comments on one of the Gawker Media blogs sometime this year.

A while back I was reading an entry on one of the Gawker Media Blogs (either Gizmodo, Consumerist, or Lifehacker). I forget what the entry was about, but in the comments someone mentioned a freelance work site. I checked it out while I was at work, but I didn't copy down the link, and now that I want to check it out I can't find it. I believe it had a strange name, and listed mostly, if not all, somewhat technically related jobs. A couple of jobs I remember from the site was someone to service DVD rental machines and someone to setup some guy's wireless router. I've tried everything I can at Google and each of the three sites above, but I can't find it. Can anyone help me track down this site?

It's almost certainly guru.com. There was a previous incarnation of the site, but the last couple of years it's been a newer version of what used to be called "emoonlighter.com".

A more specific site is elance.com.

Money down it was one of these two.

Response by poster: Hey sorry, but no, it was not either of those sites. I remember it being really colorful site (like orange/tan) and having a unique name. You definitely did not have to pay to take on work. It also had a broader range of jobs than web design/programming. I thought it was pretty popular at the time, because it had a lot of jobs listed, but now that I can't find it I'm not so sure.

Response by poster: No, sorry, that wasn't it either. This site had a mix both of businesses needing people and individuals looking for people to install new hard drives, setup routers, stuff like that.

Response by poster: Both good answers, but unfortunately neither of those are it. It was mentioned in the comments section. It didn't have its own article dedicated to it.

Tan with a unique name could be dice.com, a venerable contender. Not very orange, though.

Orange could be Freelance Job Search, something I've never heard of with a dull name.

Maybe one of the jobpile sources?
