Is there a Peep for Windows?

I love the idea behind Peep, and in fact it's something I had in the back of my mind to "get around to making someday" if someone didn't beat me to it. Now my question is -- is there something like it for Windows?

It's on SourceForge, so you should be able to port a Windows version without too much difficulty.
