Can I see the Papal Nunciature (the Vatican Embassy) in Panama City?

All I want in the world are photographs of the Papal Nunciature (the Vatican Embassy) in Panama City. I've seen the photos of the U.S. troops outside and at the gate, but I'm most interested . . .

in the building itself, the grounds, floorplans, whatever can be found. I've tried Google and Flickr.

Why don't you call them (or find someone in Spanish to call them)? The number is +507 269 2102.

Calling them is an excellent idea, but that old phone bill of mine is ugly enough already. I may end up calling, just thought that there'd be images online given what happend there.

Wait, what happened there? Google News knows naught. (and the curiosity may well kill me)

In Dec of 1989 the U.S. invaded Panama. Noriega fled to the Vatican embassy. It gets even more interesting after that. Wikipedia has more. I've wondered if the little Bush saw the big Bush's adventure in Panama and thought it was how things would go in Iraq.

We could've won in Iraq if we'd only cranked "Welcome to the Jungle."

Phone card, Vault13. I bet you can get a card with a very, very good rate to Panama.
