how should I do it

What should I make for dinner? Right now. For some reason I'm not clicking.

I've got sugarsnap peas, young white onions, local seabass and clams. And most staples. Suggest away.

Best answer: place seabass on large sheet of tinfoil. add salt, pepper, thinly sliced onions, drizzle of oil. loosely wrap tinfoil into an envelope and fold over all edges to seal. bake in a hot oven or on a BBQ for 10 mins (don't let it overcook- rare fish tastes better!)

steam or blanch the peas.

yummers!

save the clams for tomorrow (steam them in coconut milk, white wine, onion, garlic, ginger, and lime juice, eat with baguette and more peas).

enjoy!

Boil the sugarsnap peas in Orange juice with lost of pepper. Then rinse them with an apple vinegar. Serve with a few capers and some kalamata olives.

For the fish grill over low heat with a mixture of chili pepper and mustard and miracle whip. And don't over cook em. That's disgusting.

For your starch, make some baked potatoes. Easy.
