What on earth is this Vogel painting?

I'm trying to track down a painting that I know exists, but Google has failed me utterly...

I saw it in the Tate about 6 years ago, but i was only there on loan. It's by Bernhard Vogel and it's called "Dresden...." something. It's a watercolor done in mostly browns with these crazy electric blue trees in it. I'd really like to get it as a gift for someone but it isn't listed in any of the catalogs of his work. An additional problem is that almost all of his stuff is in galleries in Munich and I don't speak German.
Does anyone have any idea what this painting is called and where I might go to find a print? Apologies for the vagueness...and thanks!

Best answer: You still should be able to reach someone at his gallery. I call German places all the time and say "Guten tag, englisch bitte.." and usually they switch to English immediately. You should know he has five British dealers, who should be of help:

Response by poster: That's the one! This is so great- I've been trying to track this thing down for years. Obviously my detective skills suck. Thank you both so much.
