What's the bet web conference system?

What is the best web conference: teleconference plus desktop / browser sharing system out there?

I have tried meet me now, go to meeting, etc. All are just 'ok' but none is perfect. They are all a it cumbersome and everytime I've had at least one participant have some problems. So, I thought I'd query the hive mind, which one is best?
