Help me find the soul cover of CSNY's Ohio

Help me find who did a great, soul/reggae/R&B cover of the classic CSNY, "Ohio" on Paris' Radio Nova. It was a very extended version that tended toward soul, possibly with some reggae overtones. It played May 17, 4:55-5:00AM local time.

It was stripped down, and really only one man singing it. The "find a title" function is down and stopped functioning on May 16.

The Isley brothers covered this song on a few releases, including the 4-record live release "Isleys Live"

Was it a live medley with Jimi Hendrix' 'Machine Gun'? Because, if so, I think it was the Isley Brothers.
