Which Miles Davis album begins with a riff of Westminster Quarters?
"I'll play it and tell you what it is later" - is quietly overheard in-studio banter at the beginning of an awesome Miles Davis album, the opening notes of which are the first eight notes of
Westminster Quarters (aka the Westminster Chimes) before busting out into what is, to my ear, an early-in-his-career album. My music-fu has failed me ... help me remember the name of the album!
