Hey Mouse Potatoes! What does this tshirt mean?

I saw someone wearing a t-shirt over the weekend that I can't figure out. Basically it boils down to an outlaw potato "holding-up" three other potatoes. I drew a picture of it on an online sketchboard so all of you visual types can see what I am talking about.

Some variant on "When potatoes go bad..." probably.

Reminds me of the old Farside cartoon “When Potato Salad Goes Bad”, showing the same scene only with a bowl of potato salad doing the stick-up.

I know that doesn’t answer your question but it seems to similar to NOT be related.

Are you sure they weren't eggs? Something about a bad egg?

I'm thinking "spud gun".

Something about leaving no witnesses because potatoes have eyes?

Something about that song that goes "Ground control to Major Tom" because potatoes grow in the ground?

It's just a funny drawing of anthropomorphic vegetables?

Bad Tater.

Seriously, there may not be any deeper meaning to discern here. Nothing to figure out. Just funny potato drawings. Move along, nothing to see here...

I thought it was a threadless tee, but I guess this is the one I was thinking of (nuts!)

I'm going with The Bellman, I think it's eggs. One bad egg.

D'oh, I just realized that that's just a recreation and the original drawing may have been more obviously a potato. Sorry for my previous (unhelpful) answer.

Response by poster: Yeah, it was definitely potato action happening on the shirt - they were all brown and had "eyes".

I think it's just a stupid shirt meant to confuse and annoy the hell out of people that love puns.
