Can someone with an Apple TV tell me something? When you listen to a music track on your Apple TV, does the play count of the song in the relevant iTunes library increase?

I haven't got an ATV, but according to this article it does. While searching this, I also found out Apple TV does not count as one of the maximum of five pc's you're allowed to authorize to play Fairplay-protected files.
