Music on TV: What's that song on Bravo's Top Chef?

In nearly every episode of Bravo's Top Chef, seasons I and II, a music clip of a guitar riff is played, often occurring during the cooking "montage" sequences. What song is this excerpt from?

All the music sounds pretty stock to me. Well not really stock, but they probably had a production company generate the theme music and the bumpers/incidental music.

Magical Elves is the production company, so they would be the ones to ask directly.

A company in Los Angeles called Barefoot Music Group did the music for "Top Chef" (and "Project Runway" too).

I work for an NBC/Uni cable network that may or may not be Bravo. *whistles innocently*
