Need tool for creating online map with large number of locations (400+).

What's the best to plot more than 400 locations (all US-based) on a single web-based map ?
I like BatchGeoCode.com but it's limited to only 100 locations. My addresses are already geocoded. I just need a tool to map all of the locations and to have those locations linked to site data (organization name, address, URL, phone number, etc.) Is there a more robust tool/mashup available ?

www.communitywalk.com (includes "Categories" of locations.. unlike Google My Maps)

You can import your locations in a CSV file and embed the resulting map on a Web page.

Alternatively, google maps API if you're a bit more technical. MapKi wiki also very useful.
