What is this magazine?

This is a long shot, but here goes: The website of a certain company in my town features the bio of a woman who was the recipient of a "prominent young women" award from Mirabelle Magazine in the 1990's. I was curious about the award and the magazine, but when I looked it up online I couldn't find anything that made sense.

There's something that appears to have been a music fan magazine in the UK called Mirabelle, but I think it stopped publication in the 1970's. Does anyone have any information on this?

Mirabelle was a fashion/lifestyle magazine in the states. It didn't have a very long life. I think they were trying to pull readers of Mademoiselle and Marie Claire. That is about all I remember about the magazine.

It was probably Mirabella magazine.

Best answer: In fact, if you Google +mirabella "women for the nineties" you'll come across several other women with the same claim to fame (it appears to have been the June 1994 issue).

Response by poster: That looks like it, must have been a typo on the web site I saw ;-)

Thanks!
