How to watch Italian TV Channels in Australia?

I want to watch the Italian TV Channels (Rai Uno, Due, Tre) etc from home in Australia but am not sure if it is possible. I have looked at some satellite options but from my very limited knowledge it appears that they are broadcast on HotBird 8 which does not reach Australia. I already have foxtel digital and am receiving RAI international but I want more! Any ideas?

Best answer: You might have sporadic luck with the not-very-legal 'P2P' online streaming services that have proliferated in recent years (mainly because they provide access to soccer matches).

StreamerOne apparently carries the Rai channels for Serie A, and those streams may stay up for regular programming. Standard disclaimers apply, etc.
