Song lyrics filter: Help me find this song I've been unable to find for years!

So there's this song both me and my flatmate know, and haven't been able to figure out for a couple years, so I'm hoping the awesome power of AskMetafilter will solve it. The only part of the lyrics we remember is "I I I Don't need your poison." And my roommate thinks it may have been related to Mortal Kombat, but I'm not so sure. It's Goodbye by Gravity Kills.

It's on the Mortal Kombat soundtrack. Which I was playing in my car last week, which makes me the coolest person ever. Right?
