Question: How can I extract RGB from an ACT?

How can I automatically create a list of the RGB values in an ACT (color table) file?

I need to create a list of 256 color values included in an ACT file. I can open the file in Photoshop or Fireworks and see all the colors it contains, but I need a list containing all the RGB value.

I could manually document all of the values by reviewing the palettes in Photoshop, but I'd prefer an automated means of extracting the RGB values.

I was going to suggest the Adobe forums, but it looks like maybe you already asked this over there?
