What is this Star Wars-inspired music video?

what song is this? in the music video for it, a guy is at a cafe, the waitress is middle-aged, tired and dressed kind of like princess leia, and a biker storms in and looks kind of like darth vader. the guy and kinda-darth fight, naturally.

uh, other than the r2d2-like projection in the saloon, i have no idea why you would think it was this video. not a cafe, the "hottie" is not middle-aged and tired, and it's cowboys not regular shmoe vs biker?
