Can you help me find this music video?

I can vaguely remember a music video from 5/6/7 (?) years ago. It's bugging the hell out of me that I don't know what it is... It's most likely for an electronic music track:

A girl is walking around a large city (NYC? London?) holding a really huge red heart. As she walks around, the heart gets smaller and smaller to the point towards the end of the video she can hold it like an apple. At this point she meets a guy who is also holding a tiny heart. Ahh.

So... Know it?
