Ideally I would love to find a full-time job, but I'm having a really difficult time of that. I live in New Jersey so there's no shortage of tech companies and pharmaceuticals but I'm not an excellent programmer so that side has always been out for me. I have been thinking about going the network engineer route and preparing for the Cisco CCNP/CCNA, Network+, PMP and assorted Windows certifications.

-As an IT/Management major with my past experience what kinds of jobs am I eligible for?

-What career paths can I go down? What are the steps?

-I have been considering going back for my masters, but that brings up the question of what to get my masters IN? (Tell me what you've gotten yours in and why you chose that route)

I've read What Color Is My Parachute and I'm still pretty lost on figuring out specifically what direction I should move in within my career. I'd love to get into project management but there is no clear defined path really or "intro" job into that. I've managed projects of my own and small teams before but nothing where I was required to come up with cost analysis or manage a budget. It was more here's the problem, meet the deadline situations.

Any advice you can offer would be most appreciated as I'm back on the job hunt full force again and feeling very lost this time around.
