What bird is this?

What is this bird?

We have a monkey toy at work that makes this sound:
Bird Call
I thought it was a peacock, but searching reveals they sound different. But I can't place what this is, even though I know I've heard it before (enough that I was able to find this jungle bird wav.)

I don't know offhand, but the Patuxent Bird Identification page has links to bird calls from North and Central America.
