iTalkBB?

Does anyone have experience with the VOIP sevice iTalkBB? Is it reliable? Can we use more than one phone? Is their customer service bilingual, or only Chinese?

This is not an April Fool's Day joke. We really are looking at this service and wondering if it's a good idea. My wife makes a lot of calls to China, and the iTalkBB service includes unlimited calls like that.

Has anyone reading this used it, or do you know someone who has?
