I need a free, online study guide for the Book of Mormon and the US Constitution

Does anyone know I can find a free online version of the Cliff's Notes (or equivalent with complete summary and commentary) on both The Book of Mormon and the US Constitution? All the links i found were teases for something i had to pay for. Man I'm cheap.
...actually, I take that back. I was reading it as I posted, since you brought it up and it sounded interesting.
I was expecting the links to the different books to be links to plot-synopses, but they aren't; they're just links to where you can read the books online, elsewhere. I don't think it's as in-depth as what it sounds like you're looking for.

If you want to learn a little bit about constitutional law, try Consitutional Law in a Nutshell.

Commentary and topics of book of Mormon, arranged by verse. hard to search through, easy to browse.
BYU students obviously take a course on it. This syllabus links to a lot of commentary and interpretation (towards the bottom of the page)
Journal article on Mormon semantics. Interesting from a comparative religion perspective.
Searchable book of Mormon.
If you want to read the whole thing, it's available online (see above) or you can get a free copy from LDS
