USB Memory Stick: How to password protect and sync?

Just purchased a 4g Memory stick for my USB port. What's the best (preferably free) software out there to password protect the files on it, AND to have it sync? I already installed roboform on it and that works great.

You can use TrueCrypt to create an encrypted volume, it's free and it's great. Also get the PortableApps Suite http://portableapps.com/suite

If TrueCrypt is too complex, LockNGo is a simpler solution.

Response by poster: Thanks for those suggestions. LockNGo seems like a great and simple solution for security, and I've gone with Microsoft's free SyncToy for synchronization. Problem solved!

Thanks for the input.
