endless IQ test? i'm looking for a semi-satirical intelligence test that didn't mind the answers, but calculated how quickly you clicked quit.

the questions were basically permutations of essentially the set of questions and could go on forever. anyone remember something similar?

'the spark' used to have this test, but has since been bought out and seriouly retooled.

i do believe that was the test. from the wayback machine:
This test, our most scientific yet, will tell you precisely how smart you are. It's a dynamic test - each page is harder than the one before. It will tell you EXACTLY how smart you are.

Finally, a note to those of you who think you're geniuses. There's a good chance we'll prove you otherwise.
sad. that was an awesome test. anyone have a mirror? or a test similar?

Ok maybe not... haven't taken it yet but from the description it sounds like they changed it to an actual IQ test. D'oh.

It's going to be pretty tough to replicate, since a lot of people fell for it when it was first online. It's also impossible to find an equivalent via google, since stating that the test is a joke or is endless completely ruins the effect.

As an aside, Christian Rudder of the spark (internet-famous for the Date-My-Sister Project and others) is in the awesome indie band Bishop Allen.

Well, there's this endless personality test if you're looking for something similar. You get a message at the top saying it's a joke if you go through the main site.
