Geez, you're going to have to be more specific... Are you asking for credits for original lyricists, or credits based on sampling?

I've a feeling that the hip-hop track with the most credits probably came out before the big sampling crackdown, meaning that the artist might've not written any checks at all. The interface doesn't allow for an easy search, but I'm thinking that some time spent at The-Breaks will answer your question.

stop the violence all stars by KRS one was like a we are the world of hip hop heavies in the late 80's/early 90's. The song had like a dozen mc's spitting a verse. I would have to think that they each wrote their parts.

What about the remix to the Game's "One Blood" ? I think that had over 20 original verses on it.

From this page:

"It's Okay (One Blood) Remix," which starts off with Game whispering "Dre, I see more dead people," includes Jim Jones, Snoop Dogg, Nas, T.I., Fat Joe, Lil' Wayne, N.O.R.E., Jadakiss, Styles P, Fabolous, Juelz Santana, Rick Ross, Twista, Kurupt, Daz, W.C., E-40, Bun B, Chamillionaire, Slim Thug, Young Dro, Malice (Clipse), Pusha (Clipse) and Ja Rule - in that order (with Game's verse dropping in between Tip's and Joey Crack's).

So, including Game, I count 25 rappers on this, which would mean 25 writing credits.

We're all in the Same Gang features writing by King Tee, Body & Soul, Def Jef, Michel'le, Tone Loc, Above the Law, Ice-T, Dr. Dre, MC Ren, Eazy-E, JJ Fad, Young MC, Digital Underground, Oaktown's 3.4.7, and MC Hammer, which is 15 writing credits, but that includes groups with multiple members (I think Digital Underground alone had 8 members) and if they all get separate credits, you're close to 30.
