What is this contraption?

Can anyone help me figure out what is in this image? I know that it is from ancient Greece and thats it. It has to be some sort of tool, maybe to catch fish? Any help is appreciated.

Best answer: Since I'm twice beaten to the ID, I'll note in addition that the face on the handle is probably that of the goddess Hathor -- the cow-ears are a dead-giveaway, sistrums were common cult objects and Hathor-head handles are very, very typical.
