Here's some info about Kentucky license laws. Looks like there's a three day waiting period for the marriage license.

The marriage license in KY or OH is going to cost $30-$40. There is no waiting period to get the license. You will need identification (driver's license) - if either of you have been divorced you will need documentation of the divorce.

So drop in to your local courthouse and get the license. They should be able to tell you about local judges/clergymen/etc that will do quickie weddings.

(The info I read said there's wasn't a waiting period. Call the courthouse to find out what the answer is.)

Requirements for license (no waiting period). The Louisville county clerk has a listing of some justices willing to do the ceremony. You'll need two witnesses.

I stand corrected, and second calling the courthouse. Good luck!

As a sidenote, if you're looking for a location to get married, and the weather cooperates, check out Devou Park (in NKY).... it has a gorgeous overlook onto the river and downtown. You should be able to get a justice to come out, I've seen quite a few weddings there.
