Has Madonna released an anonymous album?

On the BBC World Service Radio show Music Biz, the old-school The Alarm was featured because they got a hit record by pretending they were the very young The Poppyfields, including a lip-synced video. But my question: the guy from The Alarm said he thinks even Madonna has an anonymous album out now. Does she? What is it?

I think he was joking too. I'd check her Maverick label and see, tho.

I think that's rubbish. Cliff Richard was the first person to pull this trick ,though, a few years ago.
