Question: Microsoft Formula Help

How do I cut/paste a project in MS Excel and not have my formula cells change with the movement of my cells?

I created a formula that I use to get the present value on oil/gas wells. I made it so that I can change a number of variables easily and the whole present value formula will change. My issue is that; for example, I get my price number from a formula answer on worksheet 2 in cell B1. In worksheet 1 I have a formula that calls to worksheet2 cell B1.

How do I autofill or whatever dragging the bottom right corner of the cell with out excel automatically thinking I want to reference worksheet 2 cell B2. I always want that formula to go to cell B1.

God that sounds confusing, If you don't follow I can break it down more if you need me to.

You need to use absolute addressing in your formula.
