First: is there any knowledge base software out there that is reasonably simple to configure? What I have in mind could conceivably be done through Movable Type or a wiki, but the kbases I've seen are a better fit. Suggestions? Looking to create a searchable archive of answers to frequently asked questions -- I'd like (nested) categories and a search function.
