PC Repairs Through Remote Capabilities

Is there a Remote Help Service that assists customers with PC problems. XP allows users to use their remote capabilities. Is there a company that is able to fix register problems, ect by using this remote capability?

Depends on the company. Most use a third-party usually web based support tools (webex) because theyd rather not deal with your firewall, whatever problems you are having with windows, etc. These tools also give them other options Windows doesnt offer like sessions, tracking, etc.

I've done that for clients, but using UltraVNC SingleClick instead of Remote Assistance because I can preconfigure it with a dynamic domain name (via dyndns.org) and the client doesn't have to make any firewall changes.
