What's the easiest way to add a "Hot or Not" style poll to my website?

Any sort of free scripts or the like to provide a rating system poll (1-10).

Ning has a hot-or-not app you can clone -- it's hosted on their site you would have to link to it, which is pretty easy. Examples to clone here, here, and here. Don't think Ning apps are embeddable in your own site though.
