Webform for item tracking

WebformFilter: I need something free that will create a form that i can use to check items out and in and keeps track of the items, specifically laptops. I have no experience designing webpages at all so the easier the better. It does really matter if its linux or windows based, although i would prefer windows.

Is this going to be on one computer, does it need to be accessible to anyone on your network, the internet at large? A webpage by itself won't do anything. You'll need to have access to a datastore (flat file or database) and most likely have a webserver installed somewhere or webspace on a remote server. I assume you don't have this since you aren't sure of the platform.

You could try a web-based database like this

If you need it to be online, maybe a Google spreadsheet?
