Surf the web with an IP in a specific country

In my current job (Ad trafficking), I have to set up ads so they only display for visitors from specific countries. The ad server has a db that maps ips to countries. I'd like to test/verify what the web page looks like to users from that country. I looked at anonymous surfing services (anonymizer, etc) but they only seem to have a few proxies (all in the US). Any suggestions?

Ideally I'd like to go to a proxy service, pick a proxy in a specific country and surf my website. I don't mind paying (within reason) for this service.

Try making this the Ad Server vendor's problem. Maybe they have some way for you to override it with a cookie or a URL argument or something.

I won't vouch for how many of them actually work and I most certainly won't vouch for the security of anything you do while using one of them, but couldn't you just go to some free proxy listing and start plugging stuff in until something sticks?

Best answer: example listing.

Response by poster: juv3nal, Your URL is perfect! I don't need security since its an open web page anyways. I hadn't found a list of proxy servers by location. Thanks a ton!!!
