Executive Seminars in the USA?

LeadershipFilter: Where are the best Executive Development courses being held in the USA these days?

Looking for a 2-3 day executive seminar, focusing on leadership. Bonus points for 'cachet' schools (doesn't necessarily have to be Ivy League, though that wouldn't hurt). Further bonus points for east of the Mississippi (flight time considerations), but if it's seriously awesome I'll consider west as well.

Thanks!

Oops, should note that I'm already in touch with Harvard, Yale, MIT, Stanford.

If a very broad definition of leadership works for you, GBN has always seemed like a leader in executive learning. I've never been to one of their seminars but heard good things about them when I was in business.

How about Duke? (disclaimer: I work in medical research on campus) I can't tell you anything specific about the program other than these two things:

The business school is prestigious, but still struggling to be taken as a peer of the absolute top-ranked business schools like Harvard and Wharton. In an effort to boost its prestige, they decided to take the initiative years ago to place their executive education programs on the same level as their full-time MBA program rather than treat it as an afterthought.

The downside is that their courses are pricey, and possibly revenue-enhancing rather than revenue-neutral.

Financial Times ranking = 6

Anyway, they seem to have a 6-day leadership course.
