Forgotten heist filter

I saw a British film on TV in the early 80's a group of criminals conspire to be in prison during the big football game in order to break out, print some huge quantity of pound notes in the royal treasury itself, and break back into prison. What was the name?

This was my favorite heist movie of all time and the theme song was an absurdly catchy instrumental, but I cannot for the life of me remember the title.

Googling for "british tv film criminals prison football" suggests the Porridge film.

It's definitely not the Porridge film. I think muteh has it.

That explains it. It was dubbed with british accents and I didn't remember that bit.
