Which music label is selling un-DRMed mp3s online?

I remember reading either on MeFi or Slashdot about a label that is selling unencumbered mp3s directly to consumers via the intarweb. Does anyone remember reading about this? I've tried searching for it but my google-fu is failing me.

There were two links on the blue. One was to warprecords.com and the other was to... I don't remember, but it was definitely on the blue.

Could be AllofMp3.com. I'm guessing that the RIAA, etc don't classify them as legal, but I reckon Whatever... They take payPal as well, so you don't have to be too worried about sending your credit card details to Russia.
