Awesome ipod -> car connector cable?

I'm looking for a cable that has the ipod connector on one end and both a cigarette lighter adapter and two male RCA's on the other end. Does such a thing exist?

This Belkin thingy comes awfully close. It has a minijack that could easily become two RCAs with the right cable. Or here's a similar thing with a built-in cradle.

There are lots of these. Whack ipod "line out" car charger into Google until you find one you like.
