"California, California, oh yeah" song?

Stupid and ridiculous song (not main theme) that I've seen once on Baywatch that goes, "California, California, oooh yeah". The singer sounds like Bon Jovi or Brian Adams. What is it called?

It's not Phantom Planet's "California" is it?

It doesn't have the "oooh yeah," but it's been in every TV show even peripherally mentioning California.
