I want to send my 14 year old son to video game programming camp this summer. Anyone know of a good one in central Canada?

Can't help you with Canada, but if you're willing to come down to the Seattle area with him, check out DigiPen/Nintendo.

Oh, and also they have a mailing list for info on their offsite programs. Maybe one is closer to you.
