Fax confirmation from OS X

When sending a fax from OS X 10.4 is this the only confirmation I receive, or can I get a full page printout like the real fax machines offer? Thanks in advance.

Check out pagesender. I did a quick scan of their Help file and it appears they support printing a confirmation page.
